FontVieille shopping center in Monaco
Mission : Management of the restructuring and extension project for zone J in Fontvieille, a true multifunctional urban island in the heart of Monaco, in the immediate vicinity of the Rock and the port of Fontvieille.
Programming, creation of the project team (project management, consultants), contracting and feasibility study. Steering the implementation of BIM Management on the operation.
Numerous activities on and around the site to be included in the feasibility studies: port facilities, shopping centre, Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco depot, Monaco Telecom telephone exchange and fibre, urban logistics zone, etc.
